Hydrogen is high in energy, yet an engine that burns pure hydrogen produces almost no pollution. BSHARK has designed Orca 1, a mobile, fully automatic hydrogen generator, that has the efficiency of producing hydrogen for equipment under 35 MPa storage pressure. Currently, Orca 1 is successfully used in the hydrogen fueling solution for Narwhal series Hydrogen powered drone. Orca 1 is splendid by reason of it’s easy to set up and operate, the anti-static and explosion-proof structure is equipped with an alarm system to meet the industry standards and regulatory requirements. All these make Orca 1 an ideal solution for hydrogen drone refueling.
Hydrogen tank refueling
As a hydrogen cell generator, Orca 1 produces hydrogen at 3.2MPa pressure, which is stored in the hydrogen storage unit after purification and drying. During refueling, the purified hydrogen in the tank is extracted and compressed into the empty hydrogen cylinder, while the hydrogen at 3.2MPa pressure will be used as a compressed medium, the compressors will pressurize the hydrogen to 35MPa and transferred to the equipment attached cylinders.
All electrical equipment used in ORCA 1 is Explosion Proof. With pipeline reaching IP 56. Sound & light alarm design system enables ORCA 1 to automatically identify any hydrogen leakage. With an automatic fan sensor, any leaked hydrogen is dispersed outside if hydrogen concentration is above the standard.
All Hydrogen storage tanks have a ray inspection report.
Each ORCA 1 module has an electronic control system which gives timely feed-backs on faults.
